ICT Operations Officer | Level 2 Onsite Support

Location: Geelong, VIC (Onsite)

Contract: 6 months + Potential Extension

Are you an experienced ICT Support professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues and delivering exceptional service to VIP stakeholders? This is a hands-on role supporting end users, including senior executives, while acting as the key escalation point for complex incidents and service requests.

We are seeking an ICT Operations Officer to provide Level 2 support, Executive/VIP assistance, and advanced troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure-integrated environments, desktop technologies, video conferencing, and workplace services.

Key Skills & Experience

Level 2 Desktop Support & Incident Management

Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Windows 10/11 Support

MAC/Linux Support

Teams Rooms & Video Conferencing Technologies

Printing & MFD Support

ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

Security Requirements

• Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
