About the opportunity

Our client is a well established Sydney property group with a diverse portfolio spanning premium residential, mixed use and commercial assets. Known for design quality and a strong pipeline of projects, they offer a collaborative, high performing culture where people are backed to grow their careers.

Reporting to the Head of Investment, you will work closely with the investment, asset management and development teams to identify, acquire and manage new and existing assets across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities and run development feasibilities
• Build high quality financial models for prospective developments and investments
• Manage due diligence, including third party reports and opportunity and constraints analysis
• Conduct market research to support feasibility assumptions
• Prepare investment papers and business case material for approval
• Deliver project cashflow reporting, forecasts, budgets and valuations
• Support asset portfolio modelling and performance reporting

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline
• 4+ years’ analyst experience within the property funds or development sector
• Advanced EstateMaster and Excel skills
• Exposure to residential and commercial asset classes
• Strong commercial acumen, sharp analytical skills and the flexibility to work across a broad remit
