Who You Are

• An experienced retail leader who is ready to coach, motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
• Energetic, collaborative and motivated by achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Confident in supporting day-to-day store operations and driving strong team performance
• Available to work 38 hours per week across the required roster, including Monday to Thursday and Sunday
