Location : Sydney, Australia

No of years of API Gateway / API Management experience (Apigee preferred; similar platforms are also acceptable).
Hands-on experience onboarding APIs, including requirements gathering, testing, security reviews, and production deployments.
Strong API security expertise, including OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, TLS/mTLS, and certificate management.
Proven production support experience for API Gateway platforms, including troubleshooting API onboarding issues, OAuth/JWT authentication, TLS/mTLS certificates, gateway policies, backend integrations, and customer-impacting incidents.
Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancers, and SSL/TLS troubleshooting.
Linux/RHEL administration experience in production environments.
Exposure to Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized platforms.
Experience with Ansible and CI/CD tools (GitLab preferred).
Familiarity with controlled change management and release processes.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
