Location: Port Melbourne, VIC | Employment: Permanent, Full-time | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Salary: $110 -$120k incl of super (Flexible for the right candidate)

About the Opportunity

This is a hands on Senior Systems Administrator (L1 to L4) role responsible for infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud administration and cybersecurity. You will play a key part in strengthening Essential Eight ML2 maturity and supporting ISM compliance across the organisation.

As the sole Systems Administrator, you will be the go to person for all infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud and cybersecurity operations, supporting a team of Software Engineers, Technicians, Technical Authors, Analysts, Team Leaders. You will have the autonomy to drive improvements, implement security initiatives and make a visible impact across the business

Key Skills

• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint
• Intune, Autopilot, Defender, Sentinel and Purview
• Hyper-V, SQL Server, backup and disaster recovery
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Essential Eight, ISM, system hardening and vulnerability management
• Networking, firewalls, VPNs and endpoint management

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong Microsoft infrastructure and cloud experience
• Practical cybersecurity and Essential Eight knowledge
• Australian Citizenship
