We're currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join an established business in Queensland. This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B Account Manager with a background in travel, aviation or a related industry to manage key corporate accounts across QLD, build strong client relationships and drive commercial growth.

The Role

  • Managing a portfolio of B2B clients across Queensland
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate accounts across government, roadside assistance and travel management sectors
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Managing account performance, revenue growth and commercial targets
  • Collaborating with a national B2B team of approximately 10 people across various functions
  • Developing long term client partnerships and identifying opportunities to increase account value

About You

  • 7+ years of Account Management experience, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Experience within the travel, aviation, automotive or a related industry would be highly regarded
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and achieve targets
  • Confident managing a diverse client portfolio and multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously

What's on Offer

  • $85k to $95k base salary + super, depending on experience
  • Uncapped earning potential up to approximately $130k OTE, with commission capped at 50% of base salary
  • Company car provided, with onsite parking available
  • Full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working, with 1-day WFH and 4 days based in the CBD
