WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an SEO Executive, you'll have the opportunity to get stuck into an exciting variety of SEO campaigns, working alongside some incredibly talented specialists who are passionate about helping you develop your skills and progress your career! You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of SEO, from keyword research, on-page optimisation and content strategy through to technical SEO audits, website migrations, competitor analysis and performance reporting. Working closely with experienced Account Managers, Content Specialists and Developers, you'll play an important role in delivering creative, data-driven SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, drive traffic and generate real results for clients. You'll also have the opportunity to explore emerging trends across SEO, AI-driven search and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), ensuring you're continually developing your knowledge and staying ahead of the industry. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

• Around 1–2 years' experience in an SEO Executive, SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing or similar position, with a genuine enthusiasm for all things SEO
• Previous agency experience would be a huge bonus, particularly if you've had exposure to managing SEO campaigns across multiple clients
• A good understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO and content optimisation
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar
• A curious, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in keeping up with the latest developments across SEO, AI-driven search and GEO
• Most importantly, a real passion for SEO, a willingness to learn from experienced specialists and the ambition to build a successful long-term career within digital marketing
