Client Experience & Community Coordinator

At Emerald Projects, we specialise in home renovations, extensions, and commercial fit-outs. We're looking for a warm, personable individual to become the friendly face and voice of our business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a genuine interest in homes and renovations, and is comfortable both on the phone and in front of a camera. It may suit an experienced professional seeking flexible hours, including someone returning to the workforce following a career break or parental leave.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Experience (Approx. 50%)

• Respond to enquiries and assist prospective clients
• Follow up leads and coordinate appointments
• Check in with existing clients throughout their renovation journey
• Help ensure every client feels supported and informed

Content & Community (Approx. 50%)

• Interview clients and share their renovation stories
• Host project walkthrough videos and site visits
• Create engaging Instagram and TikTok content
• Showcase transformations, families, and the people behind each project
• Ask thoughtful, homeowner-focused questions that build trust and connection

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Warm, relatable, and approachable
• A confident communicator with clear spoken English
• Naturally curious and comfortable asking questions
• Interested in homes, design, lifestyle, property, or renovations
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Organised and proactive
• Able to build genuine relationships rather than deliver a sales pitch

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who makes people feel comfortable. The goal isn't to be an influencer. It's to be someone homeowners trust to guide them through their renovation journey.
