Bid Manager

We're seeking an experienced

Bid Manager to lead our submissions and pursuit function during an exciting period of growth.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical business function within a well-established business that delivers design and construction solutions for corporate clients across a range of sectors. You'll work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop pursuit strategies, and produce compelling proposals that help secure high-value work.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the preparation and delivery of proposals, tenders, presentations and capability submissions from opportunity identification through to contract award.
• Working across multiple stakeholders and business units, you will coordinate the pursuit process, manage resources, develop content, and ensure all submissions are delivered to the highest standard.
• You'll also take ownership of continuously improving bid quality, maintaining content libraries, refining templates, and implementing best-practice approaches to pursuit management.

About You

We're looking for an experienced bid professional who combines strategic thinking with exceptional project management and communication skills.

• 5+ years' experience in bid management, submissions, proposals or pursuit management.
• Experience working within consulting, professional services, property, design, architecture, engineering or construction environments.
• Proven success managing complex and high-value tenders.
• Experience leading and developing team members.
• Advanced Adobe InDesign skills.
• Outstanding written communication and editing capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of AI tools and processes
