The Company

Resourceful Recruitment has partnered with a leading entity within the Oil & Gas sector committed to pioneering advancements in energy solutions. Located in the heart of Brisbane, they’re currently seeking a self-motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join the Asset Services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-award sourcing activities, including market analysis, tendering, negotiation and contract drafting.
  • Leading end to end process for assigned sourcing activities, including providing accurate status reporting
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, contract owners and suppliers.
  • Identify value levers and deliver cost savings against annual targets.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, probity, risk and HSE requirements.
  • Prepare contracts and handover summaries for contract owners at award.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ sourcing or pre-award experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, Law or a related discipline
  • Understanding of risk, compliance and HSE requirements
  • Accountable, agile and performance driven
  • Commercially focused with strong stakeholder skills
