Invest in your clinical interests and continue developing your skills.
Dedicated weekly supervision and team training
One hour of individual supervision every week, plus an additional hour of OT team training led by our senior therapists and director.
Opportunities to grow into leadership
As our team expands, there are opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities, contribute to clinic operations and help shape the future of Bambini.
School-based opportunities
Our school partnerships allow therapists to diversify their week and explore school-based roles alongside clinic work.
A comprehensive induction program
Our 12-month clinical induction and six-month professional skills induction combine online learning, extensive training videos and in-person check-ins to support your transition and ongoing development.
Everything you need to thrive
Enjoy full administration support from our Client Care team, fully resourced therapy rooms and your own work laptop.
A team that connects
We hold quarterly team days and regular team bonding activities during work hours because we believe a supportive team culture matters.
