About The Role

As our Nursery Room Leader, you will lead with warmth, confidence, and intention — creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich environment for our youngest learners. You'll guide and mentor educators in your room, support high‑quality practice aligned with the EYLF, and build strong, trusting relationships with families.

This role is ideal for an experienced Diploma‑qualified educator who is ready to step into leadership or continue growing their leadership capability within a supportive, well‑resourced campus.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
• Experience leading or supporting a room
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
• Passion for creating meaningful, play‑based learning experiences
• A positive, collaborative approach to teamwork
