Senior Consultant - Workday Finance

Synergy Group is seeking applications from experienced Consultants interested in Workday Finance to join a growing practice. As a Functional Consultant specialising in Workday, you play a critical role in configuring, implementing and supporting Workday solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.

About The Role

In this role, you will:

• Undertake requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes.
• Configure and implement Workday solutions according to client specifications.
• Provide guidance and training to clients on Workday functionalities and develop system documentation and training materials.
• Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration and offer post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation within the client environment.

What You Bring

We Are Looking For Individuals With

• A minimum of two (2) year demonstrated experience working as a Functional Consultant in the ERP space
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and collaborative and able to assist other team members when required.
• Experience working within Federal Government either directly or as a Consultant

Highly regarded

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous Workday experience

Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate must hold, or be eligible to obtain and maintain, a Baseline security clearance. Candidates who already hold a current Baseline (or higher) clearance are encouraged to apply.
