The Role

Lead a complex underground operation through optimisation and performance improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on tightening systems, improving ore recovery, and driving operational discipline across mining, geology, and survey.

• Improved dilution control and grade reconciliation
• Stronger integration across mining, geology, survey
• Optimised stope design and sequencing
• Uplift in productivity, cost performance, and recovery
• High-performance, accountable site culture

What You Bring

• Strong underground hard rock mining background
• Sublevel / longhole stoping experience
• Proven ability in dilution control and reconciliation
• Experience in complex ore bodies (faulted, variable, challenging)
• Leadership of large-scale FIFO underground operations
