Senior Management Consultant

As demand for our work continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Brisbane team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the strategic and relational aspects of consulting, someone equally comfortable facilitating leadership discussions, designing and delivering impactful programs, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to business growth. We’re open to both full-time and part-time arrangements (3–5 days per week), with flexibility to work remotely and from our Brisbane CBD office.

The Opportunity

This is not a narrow delivery role. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering client outcomes across leadership, culture, strategy and organisational transformation, while also helping grow long-term partnerships and opportunities.

Your work will include:

• Designing and facilitating leadership development programs and executive workshops
• Supporting organisations through change, transformation and organisational redesign
• Facilitating strategic planning and alignment conversations with leadership teams
• Supporting cultural transformation and capability uplift initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to deepen client partnerships and contribute to business development
• Working collaboratively across the TMS team to shape innovative and practical solutions for clients
