SazDev Consulting - Commission Sales Associate (Remote)

Company Description SazDev Consulting creates websites for tradie businesses in home repair and construction. We help clients attract local leads and drive revenue growth through better online presence. Once our system is in place, we leverage AI tools to accelerate ongoing growth and save clients time.

What You Will Do

  • Own inbound prospecting through cold calling and B2B account-based strategies
  • Generate high-quality pre-qualified leads using our in-house software
  • Schedule and run sales meetings with prospects
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points and align solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and data management
  • Consistently hit monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline conversions

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with lead generation and sales strategy development
  • Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, or SEO
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing sales data
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong sales/negotiation skills and deal-closing ability (bonus, not required)
  • Digital marketing or web development experience (preferred)
