About The Role

We are looking for an experienced full-time Property Paralegal to support our Property Group who have a heavy practice in property development. The team is well organised, with established processes, procedures and checklists to ensure the high-quality of all work undertaken.

Responsibilities will include all usual paralegal duties including:

• ability to work with professional staff and display high level of responsibility and confidentiality
• works well in team environment
• sound communication skills
• eye for detail and ability to edit carefully
• excellent organizational skills
• general office and secretarial skills
• knowledge of the law

Essential Skills

• previous experience as a property paralegal or legal assistant
• strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• proficient in PEXA
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• the ability to prioritise a large workload with attention to detail
• willingness to learn and ability to demonstrate initiative
