About The Role
We are looking for an experienced full-time Property Paralegal to support our Property Group who have a heavy practice in property development. The team is well organised, with established processes, procedures and checklists to ensure the high-quality of all work undertaken.
Responsibilities will include all usual paralegal duties including:
- ability to work with professional staff and display high level of responsibility and confidentiality
- works well in team environment
- sound communication skills
- eye for detail and ability to edit carefully
- excellent organizational skills
- general office and secretarial skills
- knowledge of the law

Essential Skills
- previous experience as a property paralegal or legal assistant
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- proficient in PEXA
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to prioritise a large workload with attention to detail
- willingness to learn and ability to demonstrate initiative
