ILLUCO Australia is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Dental Division. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to build the dental business from the ground up and make a meaningful impact on our national footprint.

About the Role

Based in Brisbane, you will take ownership of developing and expanding our dental portfolio, with a strong focus on loupes and associated solutions. You’ll work closely with clinics to build long-term partnerships, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive sustainable growth across the sector.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with a clear pathway to transition into a full-time position as the division grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development within the dental market, with a focus on loupes and clinical solutions

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with dental clinics and key stakeholders

- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Dental Division

- Represent ILLUCO Australia at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions

- Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence

- Provide product education and support to clinicians

About You

- Proven experience in loupes sales and business development within the dental industry

- Strong track record of building partnerships and growing client relationships

- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and build a division from an early stage

- Passionate about delivering value to clinicians and supporting long-term brand engagement

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Additional Requirements

- Brisbane-based (head office location)

- Willingness to travel interstate as required

- Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events (e.g. trade expos)
