About Your New Role

As a Property Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with laws. You'll act as a bridge between property owners and tenants, keeping both sides happy while maximizing property value. Strong communication and negotiation skills are key to success in this role.

• Oversee all aspects of property operations.
• Provide exceptional tenant service, promptly addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services.
• Conduct regular property inspections for compliance and maintenance issues.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
• Resolve tenant complaints and conflicts.
• Maintain meticulous records (property status, financials, contracts).
• Liaise with property owners, providing regular reports.
• Assist with rent collection, financial records, and budget preparation.
• Support marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants

What You Will Need

• Certificate IV in Real Estate practice (or ability to obtain)
• A Valid Drivers Licence
• Previous experience in property management desirable
