Main & Primary Duties

Develop and execute plans for revenue and margin growth; Build multi-level relationships with retail buyers and senior management; Identify opportunities to expand product placement and store footprint; Lead range reviews, negotiations, and pricing strategies; Collaborate with internal teams to align with customer needs; Monitor market trends and competitive activity; Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting; Conduct store visits and retail training; Represent the company at industry trade shows.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven success managing national accounts in the furniture retail industry; Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability; Excellent communication and relationship management skills; High accountability and urgency; Disciplined and highly organised approach; Digitally fluent and adaptable; Flexibility for domestic and international travel.

Salary & Perks
