An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Property Administrator to join a professional property investment and development team based in Sydney.

This full-time role is ideal for a well-rounded self-starter with strong administration and accounts experience who is looking to build a long-term career in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and reception duties
  • Diary, telephone, mail and courier management
  • Accounts receivable/payable and basic financial reporting
  • Data entry and reporting using XERO accounting software
  • Administrative support across property investments and developments
  • Report preparation and management of property-related information
  • Personal Assistant support to the Managing Director

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ administration experience in a professional office environment
  • Previous exposure to the property industry is a requirement
  • Experience with payments, reporting and accounts administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and professional
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
