We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager's to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of Aged Care professionals in Geelong !!

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership to the team and oversee the delivery of care. You will play a key role in managing staff performance while supporting the development and retention of a high-quality workforce. Using your extensive clinical expertise, you will drive best practice and ensure exceptional standards of care are consistently maintained.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aged Care management
• Strong, supportive leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
• High levels of organization, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
• Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
