About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive market expansion across the logistics and warehousing sector in Australia.

This role will focus on developing new B2B clients, especially across cross-border e-commerce, supply chain, 3PL, freight forwarding, and local Chinese business networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, 3PL, and freight forwarding
• Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including cross-border e-commerce and supply chain businesses
• Promote integrated warehousing and logistics solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Build a strong client pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth across the Australian market

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ sales / business development experience
• Must have experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, freight forwarding, or warehousing
• Strong client development ability and proven sales track record
• Existing client resources or local business network highly preferred
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Highly results-driven and comfortable working towards KPIs
• Australian PR / Citizen preferred; valid working rights required
