Sublime Care is seeking an additional Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team of 35, with experience across the lifespan preferred.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 12 months experience as a registered BSP under the NDIS Framework
• Core level registration, but Proficient preferred
• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Nursing
• Strong working knowledge of Restrictive Practices under the NDIS Framework
• Expert ability to identify the "why" behind behaviours of concern and conduct comprehensive assessments and reports
• Ability to create, implement and review behaviour support plans using evidence-based practice
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Unrestricted driver licence
• First Aid Certificate
• COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum two)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check

What Sublime Care offers:

• Above award salary from $80,000-$110,000 + super based on experience/skill set
• Permanent full time role, Monday to Friday - no after hours, no weekends!
