Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and computer skills
Ability to manage calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
Experience in administration or reception is preferred
Interest or experience in solar/renewable energy industry is an advantage
Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Scheduling appointments and coordinating with technical staff
Assisting with service and support administration
Managing office reception and general administrative duties
