This role suits a commercially aware Service Delivery Manager who can:
- lead customer relationships
- balance operational discipline with commercial thinking
- manage SLA/KPI-driven environments
- Drive engagement and delivery
Strong MSP / systems integrator backgrounds highly regarded, specifically in Health, education & Govt.
