Role scope
- Greeting clients in-person and over the phone; routing enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Preparing correspondence and maintaining records
- Liase with the ATO, training can be provided
- Light EA/PA duties to support the leadership team
Requirements
- Excellent communication & professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in an administrative role (minimum 12 months)
- Active and ongoing right to work full-time in Australia
- Previous experience in an accounting firm highly regarded
