Opportunity for a forward thinking, experienced and dedicated team player to join a vibrant team.

The Community Care team is seeking a dedicated individual with a person-centred approach to monitor and manage client rosters, ensuring that continuity of care and client satisfaction are the priorities. You must have a proven background in disability, rostering and an understanding of support workers that work with clients who have high-complexity needs.

The successful applicant will be a team player, motivated, and can respond appropriately to ongoing changes. This role is suitable for a solution-focused multitasker and a team player with high energy, resilience, and positivity.

This rewarding opportunity is based in the Adelaide CBD and offers a perfect work/life balance. Your role will include:

  • Ensuring clients are receiving appropriate and compliant services by the effective management of rosters, including daily shift operations, shift coverage and coordinating leave.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and support workers by efficiently managing rosters providing regular and timely updates and with clear, and respectful communication.
  • Liaise with Service Coordinators and relevant stakeholders on roster requirements, workforce conditions and training needs
  • Ensure compliance to legislation and standards by assisting team with accurate data entry and records management

Our Applicant must have

  • An engaging Person-centred approach to Support Services
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Scheduling experience within a Disability, Aged Care or Healthcare setting
  • A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of people living with disability
  • Have an exceptional understanding of support services, geographical locations, and essential services.
  • A one-team approach with the internal team
  • Relevant and proven experience in disability, ideally in the provision of services, with an understanding of complex care.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Current DHS Disability Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Strong computer skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Experience with rostering is highly regarded
