Job Description

• Leading end-to-end business analysis across multiple initiatives
• Defining integration requirements across core and satellite applications
• Developing business cases, including cost-benefit and risk analysis
• Running workshops and stakeholder engagements at senior levels
• Translating business needs into clear solution direction and requirements
• Partnering with delivery teams, architects, and product stakeholders
• Coaching and mentoring junior Business Analysts
• Driving process improvement and optimisation initiatives
• Supporting UAT and acceptance criteria definition
• Contributing to BA standards, governance, and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Analyst Should Have

• 15+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives
• Strong background working with COTS platforms (ERP, PLM, MRP, etc.)
• Experience defining system integration requirements
• Demonstrated experience building business cases and financial models
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executives
• Experience mentoring or leading other BAs
• Strong knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
