Senior AI Powered Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Powered Engineer to build and scale enterprise-grade Generative AI platforms using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks. The role focuses on delivering AI-powered applications, scalable APIs, and modern web solutions while driving DevSecOps, automation, observability, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and vector databases
• Build scalable AI platforms, APIs, and modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/.NET
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and automated testing
• Drive AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, security, and performance optimisation
• Mentor teams and improve engineering quality, reliability, and delivery velocity

Required Skills

• Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions/Jenkins
• REST APIs, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka/EventHub
• TDD/BDD, automation testing, OpenTelemetry, SLO/SLI
• Strong experience with cloud-native and AI-powered engineering practices

Preferred experience includes Claude Code/Copilot, vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/OpenSearch), and AI model evaluation frameworks.
