Contract Duration – 6 months

Work Location - Sydney

Visa Status - Full work rights

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Project Management documentation including project plans, schedules, and resource plans
• Provide regular project reports covering forecast costs, schedule and budget tracking, risks/issues, and overall project performance to relevant stakeholders
• Undertake Risk Analysis for the Safe Access for Maintenance Program to manage implementation risks and facilitate decision-making and risk mitigation
• Conduct regular checks and audits on project delivery quality outcomes with relevant stakeholders
• Implement and ensure compliance with the program governance model as specified in the Business Case and relevant documentation

Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrated experience in program/project management within complex environments (railway or transport sector preferred)
• Strong background in project reporting, budget tracking, and schedule management
• Experience conducting risk analysis and implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Sound knowledge of program governance frameworks and compliance requirements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
