THE WORK

• Complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution (General Commercial and Insolvency Work)

• Cross-border and international matters

• Regulatory investigations and enforcement actions

• Class actions and large-scale disputes

• Direct involvement in strategy, advocacy, and client management
