About the Role

We are a well-established architectural practice with a strong history of delivering projects across the residential, childcare and community sectors. We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Architect with excellent technical skills to join our team.

This role is suited for a professional who is highly capable with architectural software and can confidently coordinate project documentation and design modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with clients, engineers and consultants to determine the requirements for architectural projects.
• Setting up project files and assisting in the maintenance and improvement of office BIM templates.
• Developing functional architectural designs.
• Selecting building materials and finishes
• Providing information and addressing issues as part of the construction process from all involved in the construction process.
• Producing comprehensive architectural documentation, drawing coordination, and detailing using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinating projects from concept through to council approval.
• Utilizing Rhino and Grasshopper to model and rationalize design concepts.
• Producing high-quality 3D models and renders for client presentations.
• Navigating local council regulations and Victorian planning schemes under the direction of senior staff.

Key Requirements

• A Master of Architecture degree.
• Proven proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated capability in Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Experience producing high-quality renders using Enscape, D5 Render, or Blender.
• Practical understanding of the project lifecycle from design through to approval, with project experience in the residential, warehouse, or childcare sectors.
• Familiarity with SketchUp is highly regarded.
• Ability to coordinate efficiently across different software platforms and work effectively within a team environment.

Salary

$75.000 - $80,000 (AUD)
