Operations Manager

Cleaning Brisbane is growing — and we're looking for the person who'll build and run our Queensland operations from the ground up.

You'll take the lead on building and running our Queensland operations — managing Maintenance Cleaning teams across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, driving specialist cleaning programs, and setting the standard for service delivery across every site, every shift.

What you'll own:

• Direct management of Maintenance Supervisors & cleaning teams
• Rostering, staffing & shift coverage across multiple sites
• Machine-based maintenance cleaning programs — scrubbing, pressure washing, window & partition cleaning
• Quality audits & client relationships
• WHS compliance & team safety
• Reporting to Melbourne HQ with full QLD autonomy

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years managing cleaning or facilities operations
• Experience supervising frontline teams & team leaders
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment & programs
• Someone who solves problems on the floor — not from a desk
• Brisbane or Gold Coast based (essential)
