We are looking for a patient-focused Optometrist to join our close-knit franchise team in a flexible role offering between 16–38 hours per week. This opportunity would suit someone seeking work-life balance within a supportive and community-focused practice.

The Role

• Flexible part-time to full-time hours
• Established patient base
• Modern equipment and strong dispensing support
• Combination of clinical care and retail optometry
• Opportunity to contribute ideas and help support continued practice growth

About You

You will be:

• AHPRA-registered as an Optometrist
• Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
• Friendly, team-oriented and a strong communicator
• Comfortable working within a retail optometry environment
• An interest in business development or growing the practice is welcomed, but certainly not essential.
