Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments, including cluster provisioning, node pools, deployments, upgrades, and patching.
• Administer Azure infrastructure including VMs, VNets, NSGs, Storage, Key Vault, App Services, and related services.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance across Azure environments.
• Implement RBAC, identity management, Azure Policy, and governance standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure, Linux, containers, and distributed systems using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Manage and optimize Azure networking including VNets, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, and Firewalls.
• Support and enhance Terraform modules, manage remote state, and resolve deployment/state drift issues.
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps YAML CI/CD pipelines, secure integrations, approvals, and deployment workflows for containerized applications.
• Collaborate on cost optimization (FinOps) and infrastructure reliability improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AKS and Kubernetes in production.
• Expertise in Azure Infrastructure Administration and networking.
• Experience with Terraform (IaC) and module-based deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and containerized workloads.
• Excellent troubleshooting and automation skills across cloud and Linux environments.
