HOME789 is a Sydney-based property marketing and project sales company, connecting developers, agents and buyers through strategic marketing, sales support and project campaigns.

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and support day-to-day marketing activities across social media, EDM campaigns, events and project marketing.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and eager to gain hands-on experience in the property marketing industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Support content planning and posting across social media channels

• Support EDM campaigns using Brevo

• Help design marketing materials in Canva

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Assist with event preparation and coordination

• Update Monday.com tasks, project schedules and marketing timelines

• Support the team with general marketing and campaign tasks

Preferred skills

• Canva and basic Adobe Creative Suite skills

• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Experience with Xiaohongshu and WeChat Official Account is preferred

• Mandarin speaking and writing skills are preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Interest in real estate and property marketing

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Good organisation skills and a proactive attitude
