Functional Tester

We are looking for an experienced Functional Tester with strong expertise in Dayforce HCM testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Time & Attendance modules within Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing for Dayforce applications.
• Validate Dayforce HCM modules including Payroll, HR, Benefits, Workforce Management, and Time Tracking.
• Analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual test cases and document test results.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, HR teams, and stakeholders.
• Conduct data validation and backend verification.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Support release validation and production deployment testing.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and HR business processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Functional Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM platform.
• Knowledge of HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce modules.
• Experience in Test Case Design and Defect Tracking.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
