Role : Digital Producer - EDM

Location : Sydney, Australia

Manage end-to-end digital campaign production across email, web, landing pages, and CRM channels

Plan, build, QA, and deploy EDM campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or Braze

Coordinate with designers, copywriters, developers, and stakeholders to deliver campaigns on schedule

Create and manage campaign timelines, workflows, and production schedules

Ensure responsive email design and cross-device compatibility

Conduct QA testing for links, personalization, rendering, tracking, and deliverability

Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rate, CTR, conversions, and engagement

Work with analytics and CRM teams to optimize customer journeys and segmentation

Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Troubleshoot production or deployment issues quickly and effectively
