WynActive is looking for our next Health & Fitness Coordinator – Gym & PT

Are you ready to take your fitness career to the next level? We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and people-focused Health & Fitness Coordinator to lead our gym and personal training programs across AquaPulse and Eagle Stadium on a Full-Time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team of Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
• Overseeing gym operations and personal training programs
• Designing and delivering high-quality fitness programs
• Driving member engagement, growth, and retention
• Analysing performance, usage, and trends to improve services
• Creating a strong, inclusive club culture
• Ensuring the gym is always safe, clean, and high-performing

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• Strong experience in gym operations and/or personal training
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams
• A passion for customer service and community engagement
• Great organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of fitness trends, equipment, and program design
• Love group fitness and know how to bring the vibe
• Have experience with systems like PerfectGym
• Thrive on hitting targets and driving results
