Project Finance Analyst

ASAP Start | 12 Months Contract | Hybrid

The role

Sitting within a Technology Delivery PMO, you’ll support financial management across a key portfolio, working closely with both corporate finance and project delivery teams. This is a hands-on role focused on financial control, reporting, and supporting program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Month-end (EOM) processing, including journals and financial reporting
• Forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting
• SAP-based activities including journal uploads, WBS management, and reporting
• Fixed asset register maintenance and cost reconciliation
• Support financial governance processes including gate checks and change control
• Provide finance support across project delivery and PMO activities
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across finance and delivery

What we’re looking for

• Strong corporate finance foundation with hands-on month-end experience
• Experience with Project Delivery
• Proven experience in SAP (critical) and advanced Excel
• Background in project delivery environments (PMO or project coordination exposure highly regarded)
• Experience across financial controls, forecasting, and reporting in complex programs
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong internal stakeholder engagement and communication skills
