Childcare Cook

START IMMEDIATELY

We are looking for an experienced Childcare Cook to work part-time (9am -2pm) who is passionate about planning and preparing nutritious, child-friendly meals, and is able to cater for allergies and dietary requirements.

Duties and Requirements

• Prepare and cook morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for children based on a 6-week rotating menu.

• Manage food budgets and shopping orders.

• General computer skills

• Knowledge of using Feed Australia (desirable)

To be considered for this position you will require Food Handling certificate and/or Food Safety Supervisor certificate, First Aid qualifications, and a current Working with Children Check.

We are a CHILD SAFE organisation and all staff must complete Child Safety training and follow a Code of Conduct to commit to keeping children safe in physical and online environments.
