  • Initial 6+mth contract with possible extension paying competitive market rates
  • Brisbane CBD Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week
  • Scrum Master with exp in large-scale system implementations, government environments, and agile delivery.

Our client, Queensland Government owned organisation, are currently seeking a Scrum Master for a major transformation to replace their legacy systems with a modern, secure, and user-friendly platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Remove impediments and enable team delivery
  • Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement
  • Support backlog refinement with Product Owner and team
  • Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, sprint progress)
  • Manage dependencies across teams and workstreams
  • Foster collaboration and a high-performing team culture

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master on ICT delivery projects
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience working in complex, multi-team environments
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and delivery pressures
  • Scrum certification (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce desirable

Candidate Profile – What Good Looks Like

  • Experience in large, complex ICT/system implementations
  • Government or regulated environment experience (desirable)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in Agile environments
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
  • Salesforce experience desirable

Casual Loading

Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
