A bit about the role & what we are looking for...

From the first enquiry through to the final cheers at the event (and beyond), you’ll take clients on a seamless event journey, building genuine relationships and creating experiences that feel thoughtful, personal, and unforgettable. Reporting to our Event Sales Manager, and working closely with the venue team, you’ll coordinate a wide range of events while ensuring every touchpoint (enquiry, planning, execution, and follow-up) is something that reflects the high standards of Applejack & ensure they want to come back for more.

You'll have a proactive, consultative approach, as you identify opportunities, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences every step of the way. Your experience is ideally across corporate, social and private events, with understanding of a restaurant environment.

Being part of the pre-opening team means you’ll have the opportunity to build, refine, and continually review event packages and offerings.

  • Manage all event enquiries and bookings through iVvy and SevenRooms
  • Guide clients & guests through the full event journey, from initial site visit to post-event follow-up, until they return again
  • Drive both proactive and reactive sales to achieve event revenue targets
  • Build strong client relationships through a warm, consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain clear, professional communication with clients
  • Develop a strong understanding of the local area and target market, actively engaging with industry events and networks
  • Collaborate closely with venue teams to continually improve event offerings and execution
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday

Apply Now or reach out to us at ***email_hidden***.

Please Note: Given the exciting nature of this pre-opening role, the start date will align with the venue opening timeline and therefore may not be an immediate start. We still encourage you to apply.
