Our client is awell-established national commercial builder, highly regarded for deliveringpremium fit out and refurbishment projects across commercial office andeducation sectors.

They operate across astrong pipeline of CBD-based projects, typically ranging from $2M–$5M, withcapability up to $15M. A standout feature of the business is its internalprogression—many of the leadership team have grown through the ranks, fosteringa collaborative, delivery-focused culture.

A key strength of theorganisation is its well-resourced and highly capable preconstruction team,allowing project teams to focus purely on execution.

Your new role

Due to continuedgrowth, they are seeking a Project Manager to take full ownership of projectdelivery, working closely with an experienced preconstruction function thathandles early-stage planning and procurement.

You will lead projectsfrom site mobilisation through to completion, ensuring seamless executionacross multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilitiesinclude:

• End-to-end project delivery across commercial fit out and refurbishment projects

• Managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors and site teams

• Overseeing 2 Construction Managers reporting into you

• Driving outcomes across safety, quality, cost and programme

• Maintaining strong client relationships throughout delivery

• Managing multi-level commercial office fit outs in the CBD, alongside education refurb projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishment

• Strong track record delivering office and/or education projects

• Experience across projects ideally between $2M – $15M

• Ability to lead delivery teams and manage site-based outcomes effectively

• Strong commercial and programme management skills

• Trade background or relevant construction qualification
