About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Charter Manager to join Ahoy Club's Central Agency team in our France office (Golfe Juan) - managing a portfolio of luxury superyachts and driving charter revenue on a global scale.
The role sits at the heart of our business: you'll own the full charter cycle from enquiry to post-charter feedback, negotiate terms on behalf of owners, manage broker relationships across the world's key markets, and keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing
• Managing charter enquiries end-to-end: negotiation, contracting, payments, and reporting
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, brokers, and captains
• Keeping yacht listings, calendars, and documentation current across all platforms (Yachtfolio, Ankor, Ahoy Club Websites)
• Advising owners on VAT, fiscal compliance, and local charter regulations
• Working on marketing campaigns, broker events, and industry shows
• Supporting new business development and onboarding of new CA yachts
What we're looking for
• Proven experience in as a superyacht central agent
• Strong knowledge of MYBA contracts and experience using Yachtfolio
• Understanding of VAT structures and fiscal/regulatory compliance in key charter jurisdictions (Med, Caribbean etc.)
• Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently across time zones
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
