What You'll Do

• Oversee the full day-to-day operations of your club
• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to perform at their best
• Deliver an outstanding member experience, every single day
• Drive membership growth and hit key sales targets
• Develop and execute local social media and marketing strategy
• Build meaningful connections through community engagement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard environment
• Ensure compliance with franchise guidelines and OH&S standards

What You'll Bring

• Proven leadership or management experience: fitness industry or hospitality management preferred
• A confident communicator with strong customer service instincts
• Results-driven and proactive, with a genuine sense of ownership
• Passion for health and fitness, and helping others reach their goals
• Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities

Requirements

• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Full-time availability - 38 hours per week
