Talent Acquisition Specialist

Start date: ASAP | 12-month contract

Location: Olympic Park

Rate: $120,000 + super

A dynamic marketing organisation is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People & Culture team on an initial 12-month contract. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the business, partnering closely with Heads of Department to attract and secure top talent. You will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding, while supporting broader People & Culture initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Heads of Department to identify and manage staffing requirements, attending job briefings and crafting compelling position descriptions and advertisements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities including advertising, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, reference checking, issuing offers and providing candidate feedback
• Maintain and grow the organisation's talent pool to support proactive hiring
• Produce Letters of Offer and all associated onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage
• Contribute to People & Culture social initiatives, general administration, and lead recruitment-related projects as required

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field required
