Job Description

• Establish and enhance portfolio governance frameworks and reporting
• Drive executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights
• Consolidate risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery health across the portfolio
• Improve planning, prioritisation, and performance tracking
• Provide direction and oversight to PMO leads and project teams
• Drive accountability across project/program delivery
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve decision-making and visibility
• Standardise PMO practices, tools, and templates
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, and portfolio reporting

The Successful Applicant

A Successful PMO Lead Should Have

• Proven experience in PMO leadership / portfolio governance roles (10+ years)
• Strong background in IT/digital/project environments
• Experience uplifting or transforming a PMO function
• Ability to influence without authority and lead through others
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills (exec level)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
• Experience managing or mentoring PMO analysts / leads
