Must-Have
- Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Implementation experience
- Telecommunication Industry Background
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
- Support configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud (e.g., Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Reports, Dashboards)
- Create process flows, data models, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support
- Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and recommend best practices
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce platform capabilities and business objectives
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, marketing tools, data platforms, etc.)
Good-to-Have
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst,
- Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service Cloud)
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
